There may be any number of reasons to seek help through psychotherapy. Often, but not always, people experience a crisis or difficulty in their personal lives which leads them to finding a therapist. Whatever the reason, psychotherapy and counselling can be experienced as a relationship between two people where change can happen.

People often have one session each week, although a greater frequency of sessions per week can be discussed should you require this. If so, then a reduction in cost of each session may be possible (see fees page).
